A THEORETICAL/TEACHING MODEL OF THE GENRE PERSONAL REPORT

This work aims to present a theoretical/didactic model of the personal report textual genre. The model is a tool that makes it possible to identify the elements that characteriza a genre. To this end, we took as our guide the genre didactic device developed by Barros (2012) and carried out bibliographic and exploratory research. The resolts highlighted the specificities of the gente, highlighting: the social funcrion of documenting and memorizing human actions; belonging to different social spheres of language; the social role of its authors; intended recipients; flexible atructure; the predominant verbal tenses, as well as the aspects that constitute textual cohesion, the type of language and the type of discourse used.
