Methodology: This was a descriptive, exploratory, transversal study of qualitative characteristics. It was carried out in the area of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) of Brigadeiro Tobias, Sorocaba, São Paulo. A total of 14 male and 3 female adolescent volunteers participated through discussions about STD and unwanted pregnancy. Three meetings were held using discussion circles for discussions and reflections. Results: The themes emerged from the meetings, which led the discussions, were: Hygiene, Prevention and Pregnancy. The evaluation of the meetings was thematized through the testimonies and focused on: Sexuality, Discoveries and Learning. Conclusion: Health education practiced at the FHS allowed for the identification of adolescents’ health needs, sensitizing them through body knowledge, STD prevention, unwanted pregnancies, health problems and quality of life. It stimulated the autonomy of young people, developing responsibility with their body and sexuality, increasing the bond between the community and the health team through the opening of this new communication channel between FHS and adolescents.
