Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: The purposes of the present work is show the reconstructives methods of post-traumatics orbital abnormalities with bones grafts and osteofascials flaps how some excelents reconstructives methods and one more therapeutica optation disponible for this pacients. Methods: In present article reported the experience in the use of the autogenous bone grafts from skull or temporoparietal osteofascial flaps in the reconstruction of the traumatic orbital abnormalities in eight consecutive cases. Results: Through the attainment of favorable results gotten and low tax of complications in our work we confirm the data of literature about the supremacy in the use of autogenous grafts from calvarium in the facial reconstructions. Conclusions: The autologous grafts from skull and flaps are still among the best optations for the post-traumatics reconstructions from field orbital abnormalities.
