A influência do comportamento do líder e do gênero na qualidade da relação líder-liderado e na satisfação no trabalho

Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar como comportamentos comunais, agênticos e andróginos de líderes influenciam a qualidade da relação líder-liderado e a satisfação no trabalho dos liderados. Também foi avaliado se o gênero – do líder, do liderado e da díade líder-liderado – interfere nesses resultados. Participaram da pesquisa 441 trabalhadores. Os resultados mostraram que a qualidade da relação líder-liderado e a satisfação no trabalho é maior entre subordinados cujos líderes possuem comportamentos comunais e andróginos, quando comparados a líderes agênticos. Além disso, verificou-se que o gênero não impacta esses resultados de forma significativa. Implicações desses resultados são discutidas.
