Impacto da liderança na segurança psicológica em organizações: scoping review

Resumo

Este estudo teve como objetivo mapear evidências científicas disponíveis sobre o impacto da liderança na segurança psicológica no contexto de trabalho organizacional. Uma scoping review foi realizada seguindo as diretrizes do Joanna Briggs Institute. Foram consultadas as bases de dados Web of Science, Scopus, PsycINFO. O corpus final foi constituído por 17 artigos. Os resultados demonstraram o papel crucial da liderança na segurança psicológica das equipes, que emergiu ora como antecedente ora como mediadora de fenômenos como voz promotora ou proibitiva, compartilhamento ou ocultamento de conhecimento, criatividade e inovação, trabalho em equipe e aprendizagem com erros.
