Abstract

This text intends to propose an epistemological nature discussion about two perspectives of language analysis: Mikhail Bakhtin's enunciation theory and Émile Benveniste's enunciation theory. The aim is to check how each of these authors formulates the generator principle of their theories in order to, afterwards, verify what unifies their theories.
