Discursive polemics: refraction of the word of another in the arena of Roda Viva

Abstract

Contemporary to the democratic process reopening in Brazil, the Roda Viva program was outlined as a space for dialogue between institutional reference voices. Considering only the issues aired live with scientists and academics interviewed, this article aims to analyze, in the Bakhtinian perspective, the overt and covert polemics introduced between the speeches made by these speakers and others discourses that circulate in other spheres. For this purpose, we selected two representative issues.
