Resumen

Tumores císticos pancreáticos apresentam uma baixa incidência na população, entretanto, correspondem a um grande número de indicações de ressecções pancreáticas. Segundo classificação da World Health Organization (WHO), podemos dividi-los em quatro grupos: tumor cístico seroso, tumor cístico mucinoso, tumor mucinoso papilar intraductal (IPMN), tumor sólido pseudopapilar. Há uma diferença de comportamento e risco de malignização para cada tipo de tumor. O grande questionamento feito pelo cirurgião é de como proceder após a detecção da lesão cística pancreática. Apresentamos uma revisão da literatura sobre tumores císticos pancreáticos e a conduta baseada em guidelines publicados.
