Published every four months in electronic format, ReCaPe brings together articles, research news, reviews, translations, and interviews. The publications are original, resulting from scientific research in the field of Business Administration. This is a journal of the Graduate Programs in Business Administration of PUC-SP and the School of Economics, Business, and Accounting of USP. The partnership was established through joint work between the Research Group on Career Management and Transformations at Work at PUC-SP and the Career Management Research Group at the University of São Paulo. Its focus of interest is concentrated on three major themes: Careers (knowledge production dedicated to career management, strategic thinking in the development of career plans, and identities of contemporary careers); People Management (knowledge production related to the continuous adjustment of expectations of the individual, the organization, the market, and public policies); and Faculty Development (knowledge production, from a humanistic perspective, in the education and training of faculty members in business administration).
