Abstract

Economic changes have altered structures with the emergence of a new (creative) society, which influences a new culture and, consequently, a new lifestyle. Creativity emerges as a condition for creating new business models and, also, changes in organizational processes, influencing the culture of companies. In view of this, the guiding question of this research is: given the scenario of the Creative Industry and the rise of the creative being, how does organizational culture fit into the component model of Amabile's individual creativity? Through an exploratory and bibliographic research, a theoretical reflection about the management of organizational culture was obtained to favor an environment favorable to creativity.
