Considerations about the ‘Family’ in the phonoaudiological context

Abstract

This paper deals with the relationship between the speech pathologist and his patient’s family, although understanding the pathology of one child implies on understanding of his language, his family and his environment. Therefore, from this point of view, the role of the speech pathologist will be transformed.
