<strong>POST-GRADUATION AS A PLACE FOR EDUCATIN AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS</strong>

Trying to understand how scholars learn and are formed in the post-graduate courses in education, developed the search: University Teaching: a training and learning in Post-Graduate Education in bringing together researchers and UNISINOS UFPel. The data gathering was through questionnaires online with open questions about learning, among, training other reasons.Thirteen teachers of different professions answered and became our interlocutors in this research.The speakers were selected from a survey conducted by Network for Research on Higher Education that mapped dissertation / thesis on education of teachers from professions in the period 1995/2005. We have teachers from universities all in the state of Rio Grande do Sul UNISINOS, UFPel, UFSM, PUC-RS, UPF. We analyze the data to support the reference Marcelo Garcia, Nóvoa e Zabalza, to understand how PPGEdu can build up places of learning and training of teachers. Results can say that PPGEdu constitute itself into another stage, another level of training where they develop themselves professionally.Downloads
