GeoGebra & STEAM as a strategy for meaningful learning of exponential functions.

In the Mozambican educational context, teaching is theoretical and quite traditional, which opens up space for discussion of the need to rethink educational policies and their implementation. Schools are invited to streamline teaching, relating theory to practice as a way of helping students solve everyday problems, valuing interdisciplinarity. It is in this logic that, following participation in the “GeoGebra & STEAM” Training Workshop, an experience was implemented in a 11th Class, at Colégio Kitabu, to study the Transformations of Exponential Functions based on the GeoGebra Software and in the context of STEAM Education. The descriptive and exploratory case study carried out is fundamentally qualitative in nature. Within the scope of this work, the work carried out and the results achieved in this experience will be reported.
