The text is part of the research (Re) meaning the school as a space training: the dialogues with the school community to systematization of knowledge, which brings together researchers from UNISINOS-UFPel and investigating the school as a training locus. The research used to collect data reports of three teachers of the school that were part of Team Directors between 1996-2006. We ask that teachers produce texts reporting their experiences as team work expressing the meaning of these in their training. Data analysis is based on the dimensions of dialogue and reflection and has the search of reality and its implications for everyday life of the school as construct articulator wider. The situations are understood as training experienced up and denial, opposition and resistance. The reflections can say that the joint management muniu held in the group of school with subsidies for the organization of work teaching practices toward emancipation.Downloads
