GeoGebra as a facilitating tool in solving problems involving quadratic function

The purpose of this article is to share the performance results of the “Project Strengthening the training of mathematics teachers in Portuguese-speaking countries, in a STEAM & GeoGebra logic”. The project entitled “GeoGebra as a facilitating tool in solving problems involving quadratic function” was implemented at Escola Secundária de Chão Bom, with a 10th grade class. The proposal was to work with students on problems involving quadratic functions using the educational software GeoGebra as a methodological resource to make the teaching-learning process more interactive and dynamic. The main objective of this work is to investigate the pedagogical potential of GeoGebra in teaching and learning the quadratic function.
