The right to regular education has made it possible for children with special educational needs to seek training in several fields of knowledge, development functions social and cognitive. In the article, special attention is given to Vygotsky’s theory and their implications for the debate on inclusion in the field of art and education, in schools and society. The article also focused the relationships that define the policies and complexity that characterize this process. Questioning concepts of beauty and pre-established values and standards and evaluation criteria, and discrimination that harm the development and learning of the abilities and independence these children.Downloads
