Democratic Rights & Modern State

DD&EM – Democratic Rights & Modern State, affiliated with the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP – and hosted on the University Library’s Journal Portal, is a qualified instrument for scientific dissemination and humanistic reflection. Its purpose is to encourage the publication of articles distinguished by academic rigor and ethical depth, with special attention to major contemporary legal issues. In particular, the journal seeks to contribute to the debate on the challenges faced by humanity in the twenty-first century, as well as to the reconstruction of legal and institutional paradigms in the current national and international context.
