Abstract

This article, excerpted from a doctoral thesis, explores the use of GeoGebra Classroom as a powerful tool for collaborative learning of dynamic geometry. The research is based on data collected from studies that analyze synchronous social interactions in virtual learning environments, highlighting how GeoGebra enhances the construction of knowledge together. Through the analysis of practical activities and synchronous social interaction between participants, we discuss the impact of GeoGebra on mathematics education, focusing on collaboration and the construction of mathematical arguments. This is qualitative research, which highlights how collaborative mathematics learning was built through synchronous social interactions provided by GeoGebra Classroom associated with the web conferencing environment.
