Com a presente discussão, pretendemos, a partir das ideias de Duval sobre as apreensões e os tipos de olhares em geometria, criar um ambiente favorável à aprendizagem da geometria. A este ambiente, denominaremos, em referência a Lotman, semiosfera da aprendizagem da geometria. Uma vez que a semiosfera tenha sido construída, faremos um florilégio cognitivo e semiótico de procedimentos possíveis de serem observados na resolução de problemas geométricos. Neste trabalho, em particular, trataremos de problemas comumente presentes em livros didáticos que envolvem figuras geométricas. Veremos que as operações cognitivas de designação e identificação também são aspectos importantes a serem considerados na compreensão das dificuldades envolvidas na resolução desse tipo de problema.

Abstract:

In this discussion, we intend, based on Duval’s ideas on seizures and the types of perspectives on geometry, to create a favorable environment for learning geometry. This environment, in a reference to Lotman, will be called semiosphere of learning geometry. Once the semiosphere has been built, we will make a cognitive and semiotic anthology of possible procedures to be followed in solving geometric problems. In this work, in particular, we will address problems that are common in textbooks. All the problems involve geometric figures. We will see that the cognitive operations of designation and identification are also important aspects to be considered in understanding the difficulties involved in resolving this kind of problem.
