Abordagem histórico-filosófica e Educação Matemática – uma proposta de interação entre domínios de conhecimento.

Résumé

Neste trabalho apresentamos uma abordagem histórico-filosófica com o objetivo de contribuir para a pesquisa em educação matemática, fundamentada em uma análise de elementos epistêmicos, lógicos, ontológicos e metodológicos da estrutura e das articulações que um determinado conhecimento apresenta desde sua criação até o desenvolvimento atual, bem como a habilidade do mesmo em solucionar problemas. Partindo dos referenciais teóricos elencados, apresentamos um exemplar de aplicação da abordagem, com a reconstrução histórico-filosófica dos conteúdos Sistemas de Equações Lineares e Determinantes encontrados nos trabalhos desenvolvidos por dois matemáticos: Takakazu Seki Kowa (1642-1708) e Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz (1646-1716). Abstract: In this paper, we present a historical-philosophical approach with the aim of contributing to research in Mathematical Education, based on the analysis of epistemological, logical, ontological and methodological elements of the structure and of the articulations that a specific knowledge presents, from its creation until its current development. Also, we are concerned about this knowledge’s ability to solve problems. Based on the theoretical references mentioned in the article, we provide an example of application of our approach, with the historical-philosophical reconstruction of the subjects Systems of linear equations and Determinants, found in the works developed by two mathematicians: Takakazu Seki Kowa (1642-1708) and Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz (1646-1716).
