PROFESSOR FORMADOR E A LUDICIDADE NO CURSO DE LICENCIATURA EM MATEMÁTICA: REFLEXÕES ADVINDAS DE UMA PESQUISA EMPÍRICA

Com o objetivo investigar as concepções dos professores formadores de um curso de Licenciatura em Matemática em relação à ludicidade e compreender como utilizam esse conceito em suas aulas, pesquisou-se a prática docente de sete professores deste curso. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários, entrevistas e observação de aulas. A análise revelou que a concepção da maioria dos professores sobre ludicidade está ligada diretamente ao jogo em si, brincadeiras, recursos materiais, dinâmicas, atividade prática, e que a sua utilização está ligada ao contexto da representação, simulação, introdução/fixação de conteúdo e transformação do abstrato em concreto. Tais concepções poderiam ser redimensionadas pela ação transformadora do professor formador ao promover alterações em sua prática docente. Abstract Aiming at investigating the perception of teacher trainers in the Mathematics Teacher Training Course concerning playfulness and understanding how they use this perception in the classroom, the teaching practice of seven professors of this course was analyzed. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and class observation. Analyses showed that the perception of majority of the professors about the playfulness as linked to the word game itself, fun, teaching material, classroom work, practical activities, and that their use is linked to the context of representation, simulation, introduction/fixing content and transformation of abstract into the concrete. Such beliefs could be re-dimensioned by a transforming performance carried out by the teacher trainer, while bringing about alterations in his/her teaching practice.
